Marquees

You have the space and you need a marquee. Getting the right marquee is crucial, with such a wide variety of marquees available it can be quite a mine field. Here at PHP we have the expertise to choose the right one for your party. With our CAD design and layout facilities you can be sure that the marquee we supply is right for your event, and for further peace of mind our in-house designers will help you to visualise how the interior will look before you commit. We also have a number of greenfield sites for hire if you do not have the space yourself.

Venues

The perfect setting for the perfect party, at PHP we provide a full venue finding and management service. Whether it be a Spanish Finca, an English stately home, disused warehouse or boutique hotel, boats through to mirror tents we will source the right venue for the right budget.

When hiring venues it is worth remembering that you are very much in their hands having to use their caterers, their bar tarrif and have the evening very much governered by their licensing or hours of business. We can manage this often tricky process and use our years of experience working in these environments to negotiate favourable rates and extensions for you.

Design and Themeing

A successful party is not just what happens on the night, it requires a cohesive design. The design is paramount to the overall impression and starts from the moment the party is conceptualised, infiltrating every aspect of the party imaginable, pre party communication, print, catering, dressing and environment. From invitations to party website creation, teasers and goody bags, dressing and themeing, our creative team will deliver a spectacularly designed party. Acts and Entertainment

Entertainment can make or break an event, it needs to be matched carefully to the style and guests of the party. Get the entertainment right and people will be talking about it for months, but get it wrong and they will talking about it for all the wrong reasons. At PHP we work closely with a wide range of acts and musicians, and we are always sourcing new and exciting entertainment. In order to be able to understand and confidently recommend an act we endeavour to experience it first hand (It’s a tough job but someone has to do it!). Dance troupes, Fire acts, spectacular drag acts, great bands, roof raising DJs, magicians, face painters, mix and mingle entertainers, henna tattooists, Look-alike performers, bizarre acts and much much more. We source and manage a whole range of entertainment to make your party spectacular.

Catering

Food and drink is an integral part of any party! At PHP we work closely with only the best caterers to create mouth-watering menus immaculately delivered. We are not affiliated to any suppliers so we recommend a caterer perfect for your occasion. We won’t accept compromise on what you want. From working with venue chefs to building temporary kitchens we ensure great food and impeccable service are in abundance at any event. We always have our ears to the ground and know the latest trends so can suggest the must have delights of the moment! Who’s hot and who’s not! Buffets, BBQs and Banquets, light bites and substantial dishes, cocktails and fine wines are all carefully considered and designed to complement the style and theme of your party so they not only taste great but look good to.

Technical Production

An area of expertise for PHP is the technical production of an event. With cleverly designed lighting and staging concepts, and innovative use of screens and sound. The technical team will use their knowledge and expertise gained in high profile award shows and parties to deliver a unique party. All those unglamorous but essential aspects of an event such as toilets, power and heating are taken care of by our technical team. Health and safety is of paramount importance at any event and at Mirage we take our responsibility to this very seriously. With detailed risk assessments and thorough checks into all suppliers’ health and safety measures, we ensure all mandatory H&S compliance occurs.

At PHP we delight in adding the special wow factor to your event.
