1.2 By booking or utilizing any of these services, you agree to abide by these terms.

2. Service Details

2.1 Private House Parties: PHPARTYLIMOS organizes private house parties upon client request. Party details such as date, location, number of guests, and special requirements must be confirmed prior to the event.
2.2 Club Promotion: We assist with organizing and promoting events at local clubs, ensuring VIP access, reservations, and promotions.
2.3 Concierge Services: We provide concierge services, including but not limited to reservations, event access, transportation, and VIP services.

3. Booking & Payment

3.1 To confirm any booking, a deposit or full payment may be required, depending on the type of service.
3.2 Full payment must be received before the event date, unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.
3.3 Payments can be made via [list of accepted payment methods like cash card payments like mastercard ,american express visa etc..

4. Cancellations & Rescheduling

4.1 If you wish to cancel or reschedule, we require notice at least [3 days] before the event.
4.2 Cancellations or changes made after the notice period may incur a cancellation fee of up to [50%] of the booking fee.
4.3 PHPARTYLIMOS reserves the right to cancel any event for reasons beyond our control, such as weather, safety concerns, or force majeure. In such cases, clients will be refunded or rescheduled based on mutual agreement.

5. Client Responsibilities

5.1 The client must ensure their guests behave responsibly and abide by all applicable laws.
5.2 Any damage to property during the event caused by the client or their guests is the client’s responsibility.
5.3 The client must provide accurate information about the event, including guest count, preferences, and any special requests.

6. Liability

6.1 PHPARTYLIMOS will not be held liable for any injury, loss, or damage to guests or property during the event.
6.2 The client agrees to indemnify and hold harmlessPHPARTYLIMOS from any legal claims arising from the event.

Refund Policy

1.1 Full Refunds: If you cancel your booking within the specified cancellation window ,30 days] prior to the event), you are entitled to a full refund, less any non-refundable deposits or service charges.
1.2 Partial Refunds: If you cancel after the cancellation window, you may be eligible for a partial refund, subject to a [percentage] cancellation fee.
1.3 No Refunds: Cancellations made within [30 days of the event date or if the event is cancelled due to actions or behavior of the client or their guests will not be eligible for a refund.

2. Event Changes

2.1 If the event is significantly changed by the client (e.g., date, location), you may be required to pay additional fees.
2.2 We will notify you promptly of any major changes from our side, and you may request a full refund if these changes are unacceptable.

3. Payment Disputes

3.1 Any disputes regarding payments or refunds must be submitted in writing to our customer service team within [7 days of the booking].

Limousine service as phpartylimos as a broker  will require full payment upfront.
